Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from the dashboard. When changing plans, the amount will be recalculated proportionally to the time used.
Do I need to pay for hosting separately?
No. Reliable cloud hosting with global CDN, SSL certificate and DDoS protection are already included in the cost of any OVO plan.
Does OVO charge a fee if I use a third-party payment gateway?
If you use the built-in OVO Payments, you only pay the processing fee (from 2.4% to 2.9%). If you connect a third-party gateway (e.g., PayPal or Stripe directly), an additional platform fee applies (2% on Starter, 1% on Growth, 0.15% on Plus).
Are there any hidden setup fees?
